Lately, everyone seems to be having work Christmas parties and here at webboss it was no different. Only last week were we all sat down together about to enjoy a nice meal and some drinks as we celebrate this festive season. It was a great night out, and we even had an unexpected magician show up and do some tricks for us! As the evening went on, there was another surprise for everyone: awards! A small "awards ceremony" had been secretly organised to present everyone with some small token of appreciation for the work they've done for webboss over the last year. UPDATE (March 2013) - I finally did the rest of the review on this book... even if it is two years later! Better late than never, right? Go and read it now!Love Wins by Rob BellI ordered this a while ago and had been waiting in anticipation for it to arrive. US Secretary of State John Kerry and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov are due to hold crucial talks to try to ease tensions over the Ukraine crisis. The US accuses Moscow of deploying troops in Ukraine's Crimea region, describing it as an "act of aggression" - a claim denied by the Kremlin. Despite the sharp differences, both sides have hinted they would prefer to start a dialogue. Moscow remains in de facto control of Ukraine's southern autonomous region. Today I read some articles on a court case against a Christian foster couple. They were apparently banned from fostering because if their beliefs against advocating homosexuality, despite them saying they would still look after and care for someone who was gay. Now as annoying as this kind of "new" persecution against Christians can be, it's not really that which annoys me most. What gets me is that in one article it was quoted as saying that matters of sexual orientation take precedence over matters of conscience on the basis of "equality". When..
